Mr. Burns is originally from New Jersey. He moved to Arizona to obtain his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University. While there, he was a member of the Arizona State University Cheer team. He received his degree in English.
He graduated in 2014 from Arizona Summit Law School. While attending Arizona Summit, he was a staff editor for law review. He interned with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Arizona Liquor Licensing Bureau, and the Maricopa County Public Defender's Office.
Upon graduating, he worked as a law clerk and then as an attorney for the Maricopa County Public Defender's Office. He worked with the early resolution courts and at the trial level. After some time at the Public Defender's Office he came to work for Phillips Disability.
In his free time, he loves to travel with his family, relax and enjoy life.
